As part of a maintenance contract, we are happy to make sure on an ongoing basis that everything stays technically up to date and that urgent security updates are installed in time.
The initial all-round update (from J! 3.x) and a security check are already included when you start the maintenance contract.
The monthly price depends on the scope of the Joomla installation (number of extensions) and the desired service level.
Included are all updates within the same major release. With every Joomla update, the extensions are also updated.
The included support can also be used, for example, for content maintenance, CSS styling, assistance, or minor adjustments to your website. Any additional support services will be billed at the reduced hourly rate of 85 € net.

When logged into their user account, all maintenance customers have access to a ticket system. All support requests are handled there reliably and with maximum efficiency.

Why should Joomla be updated regularly?
